Show Participation Fee:

Includes: Production Digital Download, Commemorative T-Shirt, Special Surprise Gift on Show Day, 1 Production Playbill, and 2 Full Days at the Theater. Show Participation Fees are non-refundable.

Late Fee:

After the initial Show Sign Up Deadline the sign up fee will increase $25 every month as we approach the show. March: $170 April: $195 May: $220 June: $245

Tickets:

Each family (not per student) is required to purchase a minimum of six (6) tickets. No exceptions. Tickets will go on sale approximately one month prior to the show. We will send an email/text notification when tickets go on sale.

Costumes:

Costumes range between $65-$150 per routine. Once costumes have been ordered monies collected cannot be refunded. Most Costumes for acting roles can be done with items from home, depending on the role. Purchased costumes are non-refundable.

Rehearsal Membership:

Rehearsal memberships are $25 a month and includes all rehearsals outside of class, including half day & full day run-throughs. Rehearsal memberships are non-refundable.

What is a Run Thru?

Extended rehearsals to practice the sequence of the show, block transitions, quick changes, cue props, lights, scenery, etc.

Half Day Run Thru:

We practice only sections of the show. Usually takes 2-3 hours long and there are about 2-5 run-thrus before the Full Day Run Thru.

Full Day Run Thru:

After school is over, we take an entire day to practice the entire show in order. Parents get a schedule and can drop off and pick their child as needed.

Workshops:

Special classes to learn specific skills or for specific groups. Showtime Bootcamp for Actors (Take 3): MANDATORY for all actors with main roles. Hair and Make Up Workshop: Optional but recommended for moms and dancers that need tips and tricks. Backstage & Theater Etiquette and Backstage Moms Bootcamp.

Attendance:

Class Attendance in June is required to be in the show. Participants are only allowed to miss 2 NON-CONSECUTIVE days of class or rehearsals. Please, submit IN WRITING, 2 weeks in advance, any potential conflict.

Accounts:

Account financials must be in good standing to perform. There are NO REFUNDS for production fees or costumes. NO STUDENT WILL PERFORM if there is an outstanding balance in their account.
